09/15/2026 I went to Dr. Nathan Antoine at Peak Periodontics & Implants in Reno for four-quadrant gum grafting and had an outstanding experience. I cannot recommend him highly enough if you’re considering getting this done. He’s extremely well-trained, caring, precise, and methodical.
I flew in to Reno from out of state as a family member who is a dentist and trained with Dr. Antoine recommended him so highly (I was anxious for a big procedure and wanted to be in trusted hands).
His whole team and staff are professional, and communication is really clear regarding paperwork, billing, and everything needed before the procedure. The logistics were easy, and their online patient portal made completing all the paperwork seamless.
The procedure itself was near painless, his local anesthetic was well placed, and the aftercare instructions were clear. I did it with just oral sedation and felt comfortable the whole time.
He also provided an outstanding cleaning. They have some new technology that gave me the best dental cleaning I’ve ever had in a short period of time. I asked and they mentioned they invested in a great new machine that uses fine sand-like particles to clean your teeth rapidly and remove buildup that my regular dentist could not get off (despite two attempts) before the procedure.
Afterwards, he was Dr. Antoine was available for follow-up questions and even gave me his cell phone number in the paperwork to make sure I had a good way of contacting him as needed. J Herrala Google

08/02/2026 We had visited a few weeks ago for gum pain my mom was having. After seeing two other specialist in her hometown, and being quoted over 10k from “Team Perio” in Stockton, I decided to bring her here to see Dr. Antoine as a last resort. Apparently she had no visible gum issues and it seemed to be an autoimmune response/dry mouth. A good cleaning was recommended and he was kind enough to provide a full bottle of mouth rinse that has been doing wonders for my mom. We needed answers and we walked out with exactly that, and with 10k still in our pockets. I can’t thank the staff enough, they were EXTREMELY attentive and caring. Kora I believe, was the dental assistant and she was beyond kind. My mom had come in again a day later for the cleaning and they were able to numb her! Any time she had cleaning done she would be in so much pain, but this time around with some numbing ointment, she felt nothing. The cleaning was also extremely thorough. I can’t thank the Dr. and his team enough, for the treatment, diagnosis, relief, and detailed notes. If your looking for answers, don’t hesitate coming here. Amara Google
07/11/2026 I recently had an issue which required oral surgery. After doing some research, I decided to use Peak Periodontics and implants. Nathan Antoine DMD, MS performed the laser assisted osseus surgery. From beginning to end, the care and treatment I received was at all times excellent. The outcome from the surgery couldn’t have been better. Not only was Dr. Antoine‘s work excellent but he actually cared about my well-being. He kept me informed of each and every step in the procedure and the healing process. I would be remiss if I didn’t mention the exceptional support of his staff. They were always kind, helpful, and competent. I highly recommend Peak Periodontics for any procedure of this kind.

06/29/2026 Coming from someone with anxiety related to my implant (that was put in when I was still a teenager), I was so glad to be referred to this office. Dr. Antoine and his staff are wonderful. The intake process felt like they were really getting to know me. Laura the hygienist gave me the most comfortable deep cleaning I have ever had- truly gentle hands. The whole experience at this office has really helped heal me from other experiences in the past. Wish I found them sooner. And they have a lovely assortment of free drinks in the sitting area.
